The Advanced Tab has a number of features and settings used by the View.

• Create a description for the View.
  
• Determine if the View is displayed on the screen and when printed.
  
• Determine if the View is Joined in the WHERE clause or the FROM clause.
  
• Set the Owner of the View.
  
• If the View is in Manual Edit Mode, the Join In and Owner properties will be disabled.
